Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deploy data ingestion and integration solutions using strong software engineering practices.
  • •Perform development and maintenance of data ingestion and integration services on the data platform for analytics at scale.
  • •Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and business SMEs to deliver critical integration capabilities.
  • •Collaborate across Digital Technologies to ensure architecture, security, exception handling, testing, and code development standards.
  • •Implement internal process improvements to improve scalability, efficiency, reliability, and data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (MS strongly preferred, PhD desired).
  • •0+ years of hands-on data engineering or software development experience with a BS/MS/PhD.
  • •Experience with ETL/ELT tools, techniques, and design/development.
  • •Exposure to cloud data warehouses/databases/data lakehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, or BigQuery.
  • •Experience with event-driven architectures and data streaming pub/sub technologies such as Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Spark Streaming, and Kinesis.
