Residue Civil & Contract Services Superintendent

Lead residue civil and contract services at the Pinjarra Refinery, providing strategic and tactical direction for civil work teams, contractor resources, and dam safety workflows. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll manage budgets, contract performance, and compliance requirements, oversee residue civil and geotech outputs, and drive continuous improvement aligned to long-term civil and tailings master plans while building strong stakeholder relationships.
