Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and manage carrier performance improvement plans (PIP) and reduce freight auction costs.
  • •Own lane sourcing, including new requests and volume adjustments, and support supplier selection during sourcing events.
  • •Lead commercial bids and participate in lane change management; drive continuous improvement projects using digital reporting and automation.
  • •Ensure effective communication with manufacturing, fulfillment centers, carrier partners, and internal North American Transportation Operations teams.
  • •Manage transportation tools/systems for control, reporting, and gap analysis; oversee accessorial charges, exceptions, and carrier compliance, and deliver annual savings targets and sustainability efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, Other Business Administrative, Engineering, or a related field with work-related experience.
  • •0–3 years of experience.
  • •Ability to navigate Tableau dashboards and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to develop technical skills with transportation management systems and tools such as SAP, Rate Manager, and Lane Change Management.
  • •Ability to use tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Knime, Python, SQL, and RuleX (training provided) and drive cost-savings projects.
