Job Summary

Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily plant maintenance, providing technical direction, safety guidance, and training for team members. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical breakdowns across production equipment, including PLCs and AC/DC drives, and support production with 24/7 technical coverage. Participate in installing new equipment, perform preventive maintenance, maintain plant system knowledge and records, and coordinate upgrades or contractor work while ensuring reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in daily maintenance activities and provide direction and training to employees.
•Provide technical direction and oversee troubleshooting and repair of electrical breakdowns (including PLCs and drive/inverter systems).
•Troubleshoot, repair, and correct mechanical, electrical, and process problems to ensure production equipment operates properly.
•Participate in design, construction, and installation of new equipment and support equipment upgrades/conversions as needed.
•Perform preventive maintenance, maintain knowledge of plant operating systems and records, and provide rotating 24/7 technical support.

•Ability to troubleshoot and handle project work with little supervision.
