Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and update BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • •Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards.
  • •Perform clash detection and resolution using software such as Navisworks, Revit, or BIM 360.
  • •Coordinate with other trades (architectural, structural, electrical, etc.) to resolve design conflicts and ensure integration.
  • •Provide training and support to junior BIM modelers and engineers on BIM workflows and software tools.
