Key Responsibilities

  • •Decompose systems into components and viewpoints and define enforced rules to enable consistent enterprise design.
  • •Define application tiers, frameworks, component types, and interfaces; specify reusable application components/code and support enterprise application integration.
  • •Create the architecture vision and roadmap, craft models and interface specification documents, and perform design reviews against requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain SCADA architectures, integrating emerging technologies like machine learning and AI; ensure seamless SCADA integration with enterprise architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and at least 6 years developing software systems and IT industry experience.
  • •Proficiency in SCADA software and HMI/UI design, plus back-end development, database management, automated testing, DevOps, and programming (Python, VBScript, JavaScript, IEC 61131-3).
  • •Knowledge of architecture principles and application/interface design, including interfaces and communication protocols.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining large enterprise architectures and understanding IT practices, policies, governance, and cybersecurity awareness.
  • •Preferred: at least 10 years of experience, including prior oil/gas industry experience.
