Review requests for required holds, prepare e-signature packages, assign loan codes, and apply lender-requested corrections. Use nCino and onBase to approve placeholders, upload documentation, complete checklists, and support renewals while maintaining service level standards in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Prescreen and prepare documentation for consumer non-real estate and commercial loan requests, including daily document processing.
•Review documentation requests and determine/apply holds when applicable.
•Prepare packages for e-signatures and ensure documents are accurate before releasing to lenders.
•Assign loan codes for regulatory and reporting requirements and ensure corrections are completed as requested by lenders.
•Process documentation in nCino and onBase, including placeholder approvals, uploads, administrative renewals, and responding to phone/email/ticket inquiries.

Key Requirements

•High school or GED plus specialized schooling/on-the-job education, or equivalent, with 2 years related experience and/or training.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to read/understand and write routine correspondence and reports.
•Strong documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision and tight schedules.
•Experience servicing customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
•Advanced alphanumeric data entry and word processing/typing skills; ability to use 10-key and payroll systems.
