Job Summary

Lead and manage the AspenTech ADMS power systems engineering team delivering end-to-end solutions for electric distribution utilities. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of engineers who will design, build, configure, troubleshoot, and test the deployment of our ADMS systems, coordinating across cross-functional engineering teams, PMO, and software development.
•Identify critical path and dependent tasks to reach project milestones and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
•Act as the primary ADMS project planning contact and the first escalation point for project issues.
•Lead daily standups, communicate project status to management and governance teams, and manage risk mitigation plans.
•Ensure crew adherence to policies and upskilling opportunities while guiding issue resolution and customer workshops.

Salary: 139,900 - 174,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent troubleshooting skills.
