Substitute Teacher

Join the on-call Substitute Teacher team to step into mixed-age Montessori classrooms for children ages 0–6 when full-time teachers are out. You’ll support daily routines and classroom activities, help maintain a calm, nurturing learning environment, and collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care. This flexible, as-needed role includes training during orientation and onboarding, with pay of $21–25 per hour.
