Key Responsibilities

  • •Support enterprise network infrastructure and operations as a senior network engineer/SME.
  • •Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex LAN/WAN network incidents.
  • •Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise Routing & Switching solutions.
  • •Administer and troubleshoot F5 load balancing and application delivery solutions.
  • •Own and document escalated support tickets and service requests in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with standards and participating in RCA and on-call 24x7 operations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience supporting and managing enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructures.
  • •Extensive hands-on Routing & Switching experience in large enterprise environments.
  • •Strong Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking knowledge, including VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • •Hands-on experience administering, configuring, and troubleshooting F5 Load Balancers.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical production environments and familiarity with ITIL and change management processes.
