Job Summary

Senior Product Manager, Aviation at Flock Safety is responsible for defining and growing the aviation product portfolio at the intersection of hardware, embedded software, cloud software, and regulatory requirements. You will translate customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory constraints into a product roadmap, lead cross-functional work with engineering, design, operations, and legal, and drive execution from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Build deep understanding of aviation customers, workflows, and user personas (pilots, dispatchers, patrol teams, and other operators).
•Translate regulatory, market, and competitive dynamics into product strategy and roadmap priorities (FAA, FCC, etc.).
•Partner with Engineering to run technical projects end-to-end and make tradeoff decisions across hardware, embedded software, connectivity, and cloud systems.
•Own roadmap sequencing and prioritization for aviation product investments across near-term execution and long-term vision.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Operations, Customer Success, Training, Legal, Compliance, and GTM to ensure product evolution supports customer outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually
