Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the delivery of transportation projects, appoint competent discipline leads, and plan technical tasks for complex problems.
•Provide technical knowledge to the design team from concept to implementation across multi-disciplinary projects.
•Promote health, safety and wellness leadership and ensure safe working environments on projects.
•Lead a team of engineers to deliver integrated designs and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
•Develop sound client relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and contribute to bids and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record delivering civil engineering, infrastructure or transportation projects across lifecycle phases (feasibility to construction).
•Ability to communicate, collaborate, and mentor a team, including developing staff toward Chartered Engineer status.
•Experience delivering high-quality technical deliverables and coordinating with multiple teams across offices.
•Degree in a relevant field and Chartered status or imminent Chartered status (preferred).
•Willingness to work flexibly across other AECOM offices and regions as projects dictate.
