Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly business targets such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
•Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
•Open and close the store and secure all assets; act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager/Assistant Manager are absent.
•Contribute to a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining a respectful workplace.
•Assist in store administration and operations, including compliance with policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 hourly

Key Requirements

•Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
•High School Diploma or GED.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
•Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
•Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
