Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking for project delivery.
  • •Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • •Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable.
  • •Monitor and document project progress, changes, and other performance indicators.
  • •Prepare written project communications and formal progress reports, and liaise with the client, contractors, and designers; attend meetings and draft minutes.

Key Requirements

  • •Have experience delivering the whole project or a large element of it, including projects of £20m++.
  • •Ideally be professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
  • •Be able to conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking to inform project delivery.
  • •Demonstrate capability to establish effective processes and systems used throughout a project.
  • •Experience managing teams, producing project plans, and monitoring and documenting progress and performance indicators.
