Job Summary

Maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to keep production operating safely and efficiently. Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and complete maintenance documentation. Work in a manufacturing environment supporting systems such as conveyors, hydraulic sorting equipment, motors, electrical systems, and facility equipment, while following GMPs and company safety policies. Schedule: Monday–Friday plus one weekend day every other weekend (3:00 pm–11:30 pm).

•Complete daily maintenance and repair documentation and logs.
•Ensure assigned duties are performed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
•Follow company safety policies and procedures while supporting reliable, efficient production.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
•Advanced skills diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment.
•Experience working with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
•Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications.
•Knowledge of piping systems and mechanical components, plus basic arithmetic skills.
