Job Summary

Manage multidisciplinary capital investment projects for Plant 5, from identifying and justifying needs to monitoring progress against schedule and budget. Partner with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, and Health & Safety, as well as clients and suppliers, to resolve unplanned installation issues. Prepare key project documentation including quality plans, statements of work, schedules, and business cases, and maintain up-to-date project metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, analyze, and justify project-related needs for Plant 5.
•Monitor project progress and handle required ad hoc tasks.
•Maintain key project metrics such as schedule and budget.
•Coordinate with stakeholders including engineering, quality, Health & Safety, clients, and suppliers.
•Prepare project documentation (quality plan, statement of work, schedule, business case) and resolve unplanned installation-phase issues.

Key Requirements

•College diploma (DEC/technical diploma) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years.
•Field of study in engineering or project management.
•Strong work organization to manage multiple project needs and deliverables.
•Clear communication with stakeholders including engineering, quality, Health & Safety, clients, and suppliers.
•Adaptability and attention to detail to handle unplanned installation-phase issues and maintain accurate project documentation.
