Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and process cross-licensing applications for current and newly onboarded therapists.
  • •Maintain knowledge of state licensure requirements, timeframes, and licensing workflow updates.
  • •Outreach to state licensing boards and follow up on application status; respond to ad hoc agency requests.
  • •Maintain up-to-date provider records in credentialing databases and CAQH; track CEUs and required documents.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., recruitment, network operations) to ensure timely and accurate credentialing and provider licensing across states.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in healthcare or a related field (preferred).
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in behavioral health clinician licensing (preferred).
  • •Experience with obtaining and maintaining licensure for providers across multiple states (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of credentialing standards/regulations and NCQA accreditation (preferred).
  • •Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
