Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee compliance of Mexican businesses with VAT Certification requirements and prepare/file VAT Certification notices when required.
  • •Ensure monthly compliance with Annex 30 by reviewing plant reports, confirming timely filing, and validating definitive Annex 30 reports for refiling when applicable.
  • •Monitor VAT credit and prepare information for memo accounts (e-accounting).
  • •Support reconciliation of Annex 24 inventory control against ERP/physical inventory, including fixed assets, performed by the plants.
  • •Analyze and manage additions of new tariff classifications (sensitive and non-sensitive), preparing authorization requests before SAT (AGACE).

Key Requirements
