Operator

Operate assigned equipment and plant areas to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Monitor process conditions and key performance metrics, perform scheduled operational tasks, and respond to unplanned events with proper escalation. Maintain shift discipline, qualify in assigned areas, complete training goals, and support continuous improvement through operating discipline, management of change, and root cause investigations. Perform autonomous maintenance and mentor/train other operations personnel.
