Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects and lead the development and capture of upcoming design-build pursuits
  • •Oversee activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM’s design centers and manage procurement of process equipment and subcontractors
  • •Coordinate scheduling, value engineering or constructability reviews, and budget control activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • •Maintain familiarity with job cost reporting and earned value/estimates to complete
  • •Support travel to other offices/sites and ensuring strong commercial and construction contract execution

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • •Valid Driver's license; subject to motor vehicle records review
  • •20+ years’ experience in delivering engineering and construction projects in the water/wastewater industry delivered using progressive design-build, lump sum design-build, or CMAR project delivery methods
  • •Proven project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills
