Key Responsibilities

  • •Under direction, plan, initiate, and support/manage small discrete packages of work or tasks to completion using project management principles.
  • •Review applicable program schedules to identify impacts to delivery and support corrective actions with the Project Manager.
  • •Maintain and update the project schedule, capturing required planning activities and escalating deviations to the Project Manager.
  • •Provide early warning of emerging risks or developments that may adversely impact the program.
  • •Support EVMS application by generating required status reports and coordinating variance analysis and corrective actions on a monthly basis, while supporting Platform Engineering with status updates as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Project Management (desirable).
  • •Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of Earned Value Management and associated project management principles.
  • •Previous exposure to project management software and toolsets, with strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Microsoft Excel).
  • •Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, work autonomously under time constraints, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
