Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical design, establishment, and ongoing evolution of a FedRAMP‑compliant SOC, aligning architecture, controls, and operations with regulatory and business requirements.
  • •Provide hands‑on SOC operations support including incident detection and response, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and security tooling; drive platform-related security automation and integrations.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain complex cybersecurity solutions; establish and improve processes, documentation, and dashboards for assurance and visibility.
  • •Mentor SOC and cybersecurity teammates and serve as a technical collaborator without formal people management responsibilities.
  • •Contribute to security reporting and governance, ensuring secure-by-design practices and measurable compliance outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's in Security Architecture, Network Security, Cybersecurity Technology, Information Security or equivalent
  • •Hands-on experience across SOC operations, incident response, and security engineering
  • •Working knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and ISO 27001; experience applying AI/ML techniques for threat analysis, automation, and analytics
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining FedRAMP‑related security solutions in cloud/hybrid environments
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to lead complex, cross-functional security initiatives
