Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker trusted advisor for individuals and businesses, delivering plan-based financial advice and referring investment and insurance solutions. Build and manage a client referral pipeline through prospecting and referral sources, while assessing client financial wellness, gathering and documenting data, and recommending appropriate products. Partner with branch and line-of-business teams, support teller-line transactions as needed, maintain compliance, and work Saturdays as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver plan-based financial advice as part of the Key Private Client Program and refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
•Assess client financial needs by gathering and documenting client data, identifying financial wellness opportunities, and recommending tailored products and services.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by prospecting, developing centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to conduct meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts, support branch operations and teller-line transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and work effectively with clients.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
