Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, change, and optimization of manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, delivery, safety, and productivity targets.
  • •Manage process documentation (process flow charts, PFMEA, work instructions, ECRs) and ensure required process capability targets.
  • •Support new product implementation from prototype test through trial production by coordinating with R&D, ETO, Quality, Production, and Warehouse.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or structured methods to eliminate waste and improve productivity and cost.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis for process-related quality issues and implement corrective actions; support audits with documentation and evidence.
  • •Design and implement tooling/fixtures/dolly and define requirements for equipment and automation projects, including installation, commissioning, qualification, and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above
  • •Minimum 5 years of process engineering or related experience
  • •Experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or related technical discipline)
  • •Goal-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
  • •Experience in electrical manufacturing process is preferred
