Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholder relationships with authorities and utility providers, including MoMRA, SEC, NWC, STC, RCRC, Aramco, Civil Defense, and MOC.
  • •Lead authority submissions, NOCs, and approvals, embedding design compliance and infrastructure standards into stakeholder engagement.
  • •Coordinate technical interfaces between stakeholders, design teams, and utility providers, covering utility connections, diversions, and protection requirements.
  • •Facilitate design review meetings and arrange stakeholder workshops, tracking and closing design-related actions and decisions.
  • •Maintain stakeholder registers, approval trackers, design interface logs, and action registers; identify and resolve issues impacting scope, cost, programme, or design integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in stakeholder, interface, or infrastructure management with demonstrated infrastructure and design coordination background.
  • •Strong experience working with KSA government authorities and utility providers on infrastructure projects.
  • •Good understanding of KSA approval, NOC, and utility coordination processes for infrastructure and design.
  • •Proven experience coordinating between design teams and external stakeholders on infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills; infrastructure/civil engineering background essential.
