Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global S&OP (sales & operations planning) for specific Starlink hardware products to drive conversion to active, paying customers.
  • •Analyze KPIs (active subscribers, network utilization, produce-to-activate latency, inventory turnover, and hardware unit economics) and build complex S&OP models and decision tools.
  • •Translate analysis into strategic hardware mix and insights to accelerate hardware adoption, maximize lifetime value, and minimize working capital.
  • •Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting using complex demand signals against geographically specific network capacity constraints, partnering with network engineering.
  • •Drive resource planning for verticals, execute critical hardware ramp and sunset plans with hardware & manufacturing engineering, and enable post-licensing go-to-market execution for zero-latency deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or business.
  • •4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship.
  • •2+ years of experience in Excel or programming.
  • •Ability to read and interpret income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to handle large datasets independently.
