Job Summary

Own core accounts receivable operations for EMEA, including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and maintaining detailed AR/deferred revenue records. Key Responsibilities

•Manage EMEA accounts receivable schedules for revenue, deferred revenue, and AR; maintain customer communication and payment status records.
•Triaging and responding to AR inbox inquiries; ensure timely collection and accurate invoicing for SaaS, fixed pricing contracts, and time & materials projects; resolve billing disputes/payment discrepancies.
•Provide accounts payable support as required, including processing vendor invoices/expense reports, managing payment runs, and resolving vendor queries.
•Support month-end close for EMEA entities by reconciling AR/AP sub-ledgers to the general ledger and assisting with journal entries for AR, deferred revenue, and bad debt reserves.
•Improve AR/AP workflows and internal controls; prepare data-driven AR ageing and collections KPI reporting and analysis; serve as an AR/AP stakeholder point of contact across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and vendors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 49,800 - 67,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in an accounting/finance related field.
•2+ years of experience across accounts receivable and/or accounts payable, or accounting operations more broadly.
•Solid understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS, and ASC 606 is preferred).

•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
