Business Manager

Lead and coordinate business operations supporting the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) contract, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, payroll, billing, accounts payable, logistics support, and reporting for protective force activities across multiple SPR sites. Develop financial performance metrics and cost models, produce audit-ready financial documentation, and serve as the primary business interface with key program and security stakeholders. Supervise and improve multi-site business office personnel.
