Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted Identity Coach, guiding customers to achieve objectives through timely technical guidance, enablement, and best practice sharing
•Learn customers’ business and identity landscape to inform strategies, goals, and challenges
•Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders from developers to C-level executives, turning customers into Auth0 champions
•Conduct quarterly executive-level meetings to recap value and roadmap progress, and align on future state initiatives
•Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement, proactively addressing risks and escalations and identifying growth opportunities

Key Requirements

•5+ years total experience in information technology with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•At least 3 years hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager or comparable customer-facing role, preferably in IAM
•Native-level Japanese proficiency with excellent communication and reading comprehension; ability to communicate in English via email/Slack/one-on-one
•Familiarity with core CIAM areas: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0; APIs and HTTP request methods; web and native apps; cybersecurity concepts; SaaS/PaaS/cloud services; SDLC awareness
•Customer-first mindset with ability to manage multiple projects, deliver insights, and influence customer health and outcomes
