Turn complex financial products into clear customer journeys, monitor performance, and continuously improve using feedback, research, and production learnings.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
•Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
•Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver product work.
•Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
•Launch features, monitor performance, and improve decisions using data, feedback, research, and production issues.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
•Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
•Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
•Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
