Validate and enrich corporate action announcements for publication to clients. Research using multiple external sources (prospectuses, circulars, exchanges, company websites), review daily exception reports, and resolve issues. Interface with domestic and foreign paying/transfer/information agents, custodian banks, and exchange officials to obtain required details. Contribute to procedures, quality controls, and SLA-focused operations, and support user acceptance testing and special cross-team projects.

•Interface with domestic and foreign paying/transfer/information agents, custodian banks, exchange officials, and other external parties to obtain details on corporate actions.
•Review daily exception reports and research to resolve exceptions.
•Contribute to procedure/control improvements and support user acceptance testing and special projects across teams.
