Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Deliver in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in Windham, using behavior intervention plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll collect and record data, participate in BCBA supervision, and attend required training and team meetings. The role includes hourly pay of $27–$30, support to obtain RBT certification, and mileage reimbursement, with full-time employees eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance plus paid time off.
