Key Responsibilities

•Own US content growth and lead all content + creator efforts for the US market.
•Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads that people want to watch.
•Build and manage a pipeline of American creators and run influencer campaigns with creators and micro-influencers.
•Write briefs, give creator feedback, and jump on trends early before they hit the For You Page.
•Collaborate daily with teams in Paris and support launches, events, and US-focused activations while testing ideas fast.

Key Requirements

•1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator), with a focus on your work quality.
•Experience creating UGC-style ads and content specifically for ads.
•Experience managing creators or providing creative feedback that improves performance.
•Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the American creator landscape.
•Fluency in English and experience living in the US; must be willing to work in person in Paris or remotely from the US.
