Job Summary

Build and ship a production-facing SaaS-style internal dashboard that connects Ampliwork operational data to financial, accounting, and payroll systems. You’ll design OAuth2-based integrations with Plaid, QuickBooks Online, and Rippling, implement a Supabase/PostgreSQL data layer with synced snapshots and webhooks, automate reconciliation and alerts, and deploy with observability on Railway. Work closely with the Operations Business Manager and CEO over a focused two-month timeline.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship an internal analytics-grade dashboard showing cash position, payroll allocations, vendor payables, and CRM-to-revenue alignment.
•Implement OAuth2-based integrations with Plaid, QuickBooks Online, and Rippling, including secure token storage and refresh handling.
•Create a Supabase/PostgreSQL data layer with synced snapshots from external systems and webhook listeners for near-real-time updates.
•Develop automation workflows such as scheduled sync jobs, reconciliation routines, and alerting with an admin surface for monitoring.
•Deploy the application to Railway and ensure production deployment, observability, and secure session/auth management.

Key Requirements

•Strong, hands-on full-stack development experience with Next.js and TypeScript, including building dashboard-style SaaS applications.
•Solid API integration knowledge, including REST APIs, OAuth2 flows, webhooks, and secure token handling/refresh logic.
•Strong backend and database experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL, including schema design and row-level security.
•Comfort deploying and managing applications end-to-end on Railway, with an understanding of secure authentication patterns for sensitive financial data.
•Experience with data syncing/integrations and automation workflows, plus strong frontend/UI craft for analytics and financial dashboards.
