Job Summary

Support employee development across the Asia region by designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning initiatives that close skill gaps and strengthen performance. Partner with business leaders to develop tailored L&D solutions, facilitate training and e-learning, manage rollout, and measure impact. Lead Early Careers programs, including graduate development and cadet/intern intake coordination, assessments, and events to deliver engagement and technical/behavioural skill growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as an advisor to diagnose business challenges and identify learning interventions to improve performance.
•Coordinate and promote regional L&D initiatives, including Early Careers, through stakeholder relationships and service improvement.
•Develop bespoke L&D solutions, frameworks, and content; facilitate training and oversee program rollout and e-learning.
•Lead Early Careers intake coordination with Talent Acquisition to align with business requirements and serve as point of contact for graduate activities.
•Plan assessments, manage reporting (KPIs/metrics), design and deliver events/workshops, and measure training effectiveness to demonstrate business impact.

Key Requirements

•Professionally qualified in Training and Assessment, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
•2-3 years of experience in learning and development (or similar) in a large, complex organisation.
•Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs to build capability and drive performance outcomes.
•Ability to develop engaging training materials and e-learning/blended learning for diverse audiences.
•Competent with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and using data/analytics to monitor and report learning outcomes.
