Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure commercialization teams meet project milestones, KPIs, and global SLAs.
  • •Oversee NPI projects by populating a tentative plant and coordinating cross-functional validation with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Engineering.
  • •Provide leadership to direct reporting commercialization specialists/managers and coach on project management best practices.
  • •Manage risk assessment and contingency planning, communicating risks and action plans to stakeholders.
  • •Improve commercialization project management processes and conduct post-execution business reviews against revenue, volume, growth, and quality expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably with a science/business/technical background.
  • •3+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
  • •Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to communicate and implement process management plans.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional groups in a fast-paced environment and handle frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • •System understanding in SAP, Salesforce, Stagegate, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
