HR Coordinator - ANZ

Support HR operations across ANZ as the first point of contact for HR process and administration, while partnering with the HR Business Partner to deliver day-to-day employee services for the Sydney office. Manage performance systems and annual reviews, run employee lifecycle activities (contracts, recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and records), and lead HR reporting and workplace health & safety coordination. Help with DEI programs, wellbeing initiatives, and social event logistics.
