Define and execute the global strategy for water treatment technologies and services across oil & gas and industrial markets. Key Responsibilities

•Own the functional, business, and financial performance of the global water treatment portfolio across upstream, downstream, and industrial markets.
•Lead global water treatment technology strategy, including long-term roadmap development, portfolio prioritization, and investment planning.
•Serve as senior technical leader for water treatment technologies, providing guidance on chemistry, process performance, application engineering, and technology selection.
•Drive innovation through new product introduction, platform development, advanced technology programs, and productivity initiatives to improve outcomes and portfolio profitability.
•Lead stage-gate product and technology development programs, including business cases, requirements, validation plans, pilot programs, and launch readiness.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in industrial water treatment technologies, products, applications, and services across oil & gas upstream/downstream and/or broader industrial markets.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
•Experience leading cross-functional efforts spanning technology, product management, commercial, operations, and/or application engineering.
•Strong understanding of water treatment chemistry, treatment processes, application performance, and industrial program drivers.
•Experience leading product strategy, technology roadmaps, stage-gate development, and commercialization of new offerings.
