Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through key business areas (safety, environmental, operations, commercial, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, and finance) to learn daily routines and material flow.
  • •Support environmental, health & safety expectations, including hazard identification, incident prevention, and reporting concerns.
  • •Learn and assist with operations including scale and inspection work, facility operations, production needs, equipment use, and shipment readiness.
  • •Contribute to commercial and customer/supplier alignment by learning buying/selling, freight and processing costs, material quality, and market conditions.
  • •Support maintenance, inventory/quality reporting, budgets/forecasts, and internal control responsibilities through daily documentation and business reviews.

Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 annually

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required for training, field exposure, and business needs.
  • •Ability to learn and follow safety, environmental, operational, commercial, financial, approval, and documentation expectations in an active industrial environment.
