Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program delivery for AI Platform and Data Systems initiatives from initiation through completion, including scope, milestones, dependencies, escalation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Translate ambiguous IT leadership mandates into structured, trackable programs with clear owners and success criteria.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional programs with engineering leaders, ensuring dependencies are visible and delivery stays on track.
  • •Provide executive-ready status reporting for AI Data Systems and C-level stakeholders, ensuring no surprises and consistent program/portfolio health.
  • •Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks across programs, partnering with technical leads to understand capacity and sequencing trade-offs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,900 - 159,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
  • •Ability to take an early-stage idea with a clear goal but unclear path and build it into structured delivery with measurable outcomes.
  • •Proven ability to drive velocity and progress programs through ambiguity and unknowns.
  • •Track record managing executive-level stakeholder relationships, including C-level communication, with poise and precision.
  • •Strong working experience with technical team leads across AI, engineering, data, or platform contexts, plus proficiency with project tracking tools (Linear, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, or equivalent).
