Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic advice on infrastructure asset management and lifecycle management.
  • •Support the establishment and enhancement of an effective Asset Management function.
  • •Develop asset management strategies, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • •Support implementation and improvement of asset management systems aligned with international best practice.
  • •Advise on lifecycle planning, asset performance, risk, reliability, and optimisation; develop asset management KPIs and performance-monitoring frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
  • •Approximately 30 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
  • •Significant experience in infrastructure/utilities asset management.
  • •Strong understanding of ISO 55000 and international asset management principles.
  • •Experience establishing or transforming asset management functions within major organisations.
