  • •Lead Product Technology Diligence engagements for Private Equity and strategic clients across technical architecture, product strategy, operational scalability, and financial sustainability
  • •Analyze application architecture and scalability, product modularity and extensibility, and assess technical debt and refactoring risk
  • •Review cloud infrastructure and cost structure, support hosting cost model and R&D cost allocation analysis, and assist in assessing roadmap investment requirements
  • •Review SDLC processes and engineering metrics and evaluate engineering productivity
  • •Develop investment-grade red flag reports by linking technical findings to growth scalability, margin implications, and product governance and operational inefficiencies
