Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are reliable, performant, and revenue-driving.
  • •Drive the agent development lifecycle end to end, including building, tuning, and iterating in production.
  • •Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand challenges and embed AI agents across their stack.
  • •Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to evolve Sierra’s core agent platform.
  • •Develop scalable commerce capabilities supporting discovery-to-checkout and order lifecycle needs.
