Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in Côte d’Ivoire and the Francophone region.
  • •Build and manage commercial and strategic partnerships with Ivorian banks, fintechs, and large corporates.
  • •Design and implement go-to-market strategies, and track/analyze KPIs to optimize performance.
  • •Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including analyzing USDt and fiat flows.
  • •Manage relationships with regulators and government agencies, represent the company at industry events, and support fintech community engagement.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of the Francophone market, culture, and regulations in blockchain, fintech, finance, remittances, and payments.
  • •7–10 years of work experience in cross-border settlements, mobile money, and/or payment infrastructures (telecom or banking experience is a plus).
  • •Existing relationships at BCEAO and national central banks across WAEMU.
  • •Fluency in English and French (native preferred), plus a degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred).
  • •Proven experience building strategic partnerships and driving business growth while monitoring KPIs.
