Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and work alongside test technicians, reporting to the Production Supervisor and supporting on-line manufacturing operations.
  • •Build, test, and integrate complex electrical and mechanical assemblies into AUVs, including pressure vessel assembly and test for production integration.
  • •Execute detailed subsystem End-of-Line (EOL) tests from prepared procedures and perform incoming quality inspection testing on PCBA.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronics and integrated circuits to the component level, using technical documentation and engineering drawings.
  • •Perform configuration tasks to flash/load correct SW/FW versions, and help develop, document, and improve the pressure vessel production process.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in electronics and test work in robotics, defense, or aerospace.
  • •Solid background in electronics/software and experience testing sensors, actuators, and electrical components.
  • •Experience with hardware testing and automated test systems (e.g., LabVIEW, Test Stand).
  • •Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Matlab, and/or SHELL.
  • •Experience leading technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with the ability to troubleshoot and execute test procedures from technical documentation.
