Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • •Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and administration experience.
  • •Proven track record delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
  • •Required certifications (as applicable): CSA and CIS-(any) and CAD (plus CAS and at least 3 CIS(CAD) for Senior).
