Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of an underdefined, high-stakes Dashboard surface and develop a clear point of view starting with Tasks, Home, and Notifications.
  • •Lead a redesign of the Mercury home page, determining what belongs and how it earns its real estate as customer needs evolve.
  • •Design unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts.
  • •Partner with Command, agents, and product teams that use these surfaces to drive intent.
  • •Set direction and a prioritized roadmap, translate data into insights, and present strategy and tradeoffs to company leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience, ideally on horizontal product or platform teams delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • •Deep design taste and strong instincts for how look and feel affect outcomes.
  • •A track record of turning ambiguity into a clear point of view independently.
  • •Fluency working with designers as a peer and collaborating with detail-obsessed stakeholders.
