Senior Tax Accountant

Prepare and file China tax returns for corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and local surcharges, while maintaining tax provisions and a company tax database. Coordinate outsourced compliance work, liaise with tax authorities, and manage tax risks through proactive recommendations. Support transfer pricing compliance and due diligence for acquisitions and restructuring. Partner with Finance and other business teams, and drive continuous improvement using automation, data analytics, and ERP tools.
