Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and maintain a safe work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • •Operate, monitor, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient production.
  • •Identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting equipment deficiencies, operational concerns, and maintenance issues, including minor repairs as directed.
  • •Perform general labor, housekeeping, and other duties as needed to support plant operations.
  • •Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and operational records.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training, trade school education, or industry certifications are a plus.
  • •Experience in aggregate, asphalt, ready-mix, manufacturing, industrial, or related operations preferred.
  • •Valid state driver’s license required.
  • •Ability to safely perform welding and cutting using oxygen-acetylene equipment.
  • •Ability to operate mobile equipment, including front-end loaders and skid steer loaders.
