Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess planning workflows and evaluate installation readiness through site assessments for incoming tools.
  • •Map existing planning processes, identify bottlenecks, and document findings.
  • •Develop an AI-enabled automation solution for a selected planning workflow to improve planning efficiency and standardization.
  • •Apply prompt-engineering techniques to improve AI-assisted analysis and knowledge retrieval.
  • •Create technical documentation, user guidance, and deliver a final project presentation with measurable impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective stakeholder communication.
  • •Interest in Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot, plus AI-enabled workflows.
  • •Knowledge of workflow automation and data management (Power Automate, Python, SQL; Power BI or Tableau advantageous).
